Volusia County Medical Society "People Helping People"

The Volusia County Medical Society was formed with but a handful of physicians. Today, we stand 500 strong. We have dedicated physicians eager to respond to your personal needs.
The Volusia County Medical Society provides the following services to the citizens of Volusia County:

- Physician referral service
- Pamphlets on medical concerns
- Speaker's bureau to provide organizations with lectures on a variety of medical topics
- Physician volunteers for charitable organizations
- Participation in Health Awareness Day for area middle and high school students.
- Ask The Doctor: A weekly radio-talk show (1150 AM) with VCMS physicians. Listeners are invited to call in and ask questions of the doctor.
- On Call: A bi-monthly column in the Daytona Beach News Journal, written by members of the VCMS, that addresses a pertinent medical issue.
- Grievance Committee to review complaints
